Hello and thank you for visiting! It is my goal as a full service and full-time real estate agent to provide you with superior comprehensive service as you search for and plan to buy or sell a full-time or vacation home, land, or commercial real estate in the Rhinebeck area - Northern Dutchess, Southern Columbia Counties and the Ulster County area of Woodstock NY.

I have experience representing first-time homebuyers and sellers as well as seasoned veterans, full-time and vacation homes, relocations, real estate investors, international buyers, land, and estate sales. I truly enjoy helping guide buyers towards the right house that fits their lifestyle, price, size, location, and commute as much as I enjoy helping sellers find the right buyers for their home in regards to price, closing date, financing, and "fit," all done with 25 years of honest, ethical, and fair negotiating skills and professional business practice. Can I represent you as a buyer for homes you or I find on Multiple Listing Services or services like Realtor.com? YES! I can represent your interests for ANY home listed with ANY broker in my trade area on those MLS's. In fact, it's in your best interest to work with one agent versus an agent at each of the listing offices. By working with one agent versus many, I can get to know your needs and requirements faster, and you won't be "spinning your wheels" wasting time with many agents all trying to show you the same homes.

But finding the right home is only the first part of the process. I have expertise in coordinating the entire transaction process – the purchase documents, home inspectors, required disclosures, the buyers or sellers cooperating agent/broker, attorneys, mortgage bankers/brokers, and I attend all of my closings.

Unlike many agents you'll find:

• I live in and near the areas I serve. I don't profess to be an expert in other areas and I wish out-of-market agents wouldn't either. Check my listings pages. I only post OUR listings and ALL of our listed and sold homes are in the Rhinebeck area. Compare that with the listings or sold real estate on others websites who claim to list and sell here. When you see the Mid-Hudson MLS logo on the listing its NOT their listing. They took it from the listing service.
• I don't keyword towns or areas I don't serve or know anything about on my site just to get you to click-through to me.
• My web site is packed with detailed information on all of our listings and ranks very high on all internet searches, in fact higher than many local offices.
• I will never come to you with a pre-packaged listing presentation and try to tell you what your home is worth before I've even set foot in it. Every listing proposal is custom made, well researched, and realistically priced.
• I don't have a real estate blog. Why? Being a great online networker is no substitute for being a knowledgeable and experienced professional. I'd rather spend the free time I have working with and for my clients - searching the listing services for new homes, price changes, opportunities, and knowledge resources, previewing homes to save clients the time and expense of a drive, rail, or airfare, attending and advising during home inspections or appraisals, working with attorneys during transactions, and all that it takes to get you to closing smoothly and quickly. Would'nt you prefer to work with a broker or agent who puts your real estate priorities first versus one who prefers to market themselves by blogging?
• Real estate is my full-time career choice.
• I am consistently in the top 10% of productive and successful agents in the Rhinebeck NY area.

• I listen and I know our time is important! If you tell me you don’t want a Ranch I won’t try to convince you to see one. If you tell me you are approved for or willing to invest a certain amount I won’t push more expensive homes on you. If you tell me you want walking distance to shops and restaurants it will be walkable – not a hike. It’s also possible that there may be nothing currently on the market that meets your specs – but I will continue to search daily for you until one or more do come on.
